1. About opendraft

opendraft (opendraft.co.uk) provides free browser-based design tools for landscape designers, nail technicians, keyboard enthusiasts, and interior designers. The service is provided free of charge with no registration required.

2. Data collection & privacy

opendraft is built on a zero data collection principle:

• All design work happens entirely inside your browser. No design data is ever transmitted to any server.
• We do not use cookies beyond those strictly necessary for the site to function.
• We do not run any analytics, tracking pixels, or third-party advertising.
• We do not collect, store, or process any personally identifiable information.
• Exported PNG files are generated locally on your device and are never uploaded anywhere.

In short: what you design is yours and stays on your device.

3. Acceptable use

You may use opendraft tools freely for personal and commercial purposes, including:

• Creating design proposals and formula sheets for clients
• Planning garden, interior, or keyboard projects
• Exporting and sharing images you create with the tools

You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the tool source code for commercial purposes without permission.

4. Intellectual property

The opendraft brand, name, and tool code are owned by the opendraft project. Images and designs you create using the tools are entirely your own — opendraft claims no rights over your output.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

opendraft tools are provided "as is" without any warranties. Designs created using opendraft are for planning and visualisation purposes only. Dimensions, colours, and representations are approximations. Always verify measurements and specifications independently before purchasing materials or beginning work.

6. Limitation of liability

opendraft and its contributors shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the tools, including any errors in design output or reliance on visual representations.

7. Third-party services

The site loads Font Awesome icons and Google Fonts from CDN providers. These providers may set their own cookies. opendraft has no control over and accepts no responsibility for these third-party services.

8. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of opendraft after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
